Community Foundations of Canada (CFC) is the membership organization for Canada's vibrant and growing network of over 150 community foundations. CFC supports and promotes community foundations in their important work, is active in many national voluntary sector activities and works internationally to promote and support the development of community foundations around the world. The Ontario Trillium Foundation is an agency of the Government of Ontario. OTF has supported the growth and vitality of communities across the province and continues to strengthen the capacity of the not-for-profit sector through investments in community-based initiatives. In 2009-2010, an OTF grant will support the new Grants & Communications Coordinator position at the WindsorEssex Community Foundation.
