Community Impact Grant

applications are normally available in July of each year.


FastTrack

applications are available year round.

The Process


  • Foundation staff and members of the Grants Committee review all applications.
  • Committee members may request further information or a site visit.
  • Committee submits a recommendation to the board.
  • All applicants will be notified of the board's decisions by telephone and in writing, within two months of application deadline (two weeks for Fast-Track).
  • Foundation staff will contact recipients to make arrangements to announce the grant and arrange for a cheque presentation.
  • Recipients are required to acknowledge the foundation's grant according to our recognition guidelines.
  • Successful applicants will be required to sign a grant agreement outlining the conditions of the grant before funds are disbursed.
  • Recipients must submit a final report no more than one year after receiving the grant (90 days for FastTrack).
  • Recipients are encouraged to provide photos and videos which the foundation can use in promotions. Materials must include a sign release.
